Refund & Billing Policy

Cravid Labs LLC is the operator of Fursa (usefursa.com). Cravid Labs LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal place of business at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
This Refund & Billing Policy describes how Cravid Labs charges for Fursa subscriptions, how refunds are handled, and what happens when payments fail or you cancel. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms below. All billing is handled through Stripe; we do not store or process payment card data directly.
1. Billing Overview
Fursa subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe, our payment processor. We offer the following plans:
- Free: No charge. Includes job crawling, smart matching, basic AI resume builds (up to 5 per day), and application tracking.
- Starter — $9/month: Increased AI limits, priority match scoring, and access to advanced filtering. Billed monthly or annually ($90/year, saving ~17%).
- Pro — $19/month: Auto-apply to supported ATS portals, unlimited AI resume builds, cover letter generation, salary intelligence, and mock interview coaching. Billed monthly or annually ($190/year, saving ~17%). Includes a 14-day free trial for first-time subscribers.
- Power — $39/month: Everything in Pro plus higher concurrency limits, priority support, and early access to new features. Billed monthly or annually ($390/year, saving ~17%).
Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment covering 12 months of service. Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
2. Free Trial
The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial for first-time subscribers. During the trial period, you have full access to all Pro features. Your payment method is collected at sign-up but no charge is made until the trial ends.
If you cancel your subscription before the 14-day trial period expires, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged the applicable monthly or annual fee.
Free trials are available once per user. Creating a new account to obtain additional free trials is prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Initial Subscription — 48-Hour Window
If you subscribe to a paid plan and request a refund within 48 hours of your initial charge, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. To request a refund under this policy, email billing@usefursa.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your account email address.
3.2 Monthly Plans — After 48 Hours
After the 48-hour window, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. When you pay for a monthly subscription, you are purchasing access to the Service for that billing period. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for unused days within a billing period on monthly plans. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, and you will retain access through the end of the current billing period.
3.3 Annual Plans — 30-Day Renewal Window
If you are on an annual plan and your subscription renews automatically, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused months of your renewed annual term within 30 days of the annual renewal charge. We calculate the refund as follows: the annual charge minus the per-month rate multiplied by the number of months elapsed since the renewal date. Refunds are not available after 30 days of an annual renewal.
3.4 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- AI usage consumed during a billing period, including resume builds, cover letter generations, match evaluations, and auto-apply submissions made before a cancellation or refund request.
- Subscription fees for billing periods that have already been rendered (i.e., the service has been delivered and the period has passed).
- Downgrades from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan mid-cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle; no credit is issued for the remaining days on the higher-tier plan.
- Free trial periods (there is nothing to refund as no charge is made during the trial).
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email billing@usefursa.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
- Include the email address associated with your Fursa account.
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request (helpful but not required for the 48-hour window).
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Stripe’s processing time means it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your Fursa subscription at any time from Settings > Billing in your account dashboard, or by contacting billing@usefursa.com. Cancellation is effective immediately, but:
- Your access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period (the date through which you have already paid).
- We do not charge any cancellation fees or early termination fees.
- After your paid period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your profile data, job history, and AI-generated content are retained on the Free plan subject to our data retention policies.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account pending resolution of the dispute. We work hard to resolve billing issues quickly — please email us before disputing a charge. Chargebacks that are resolved in our favor may result in permanent account termination without reinstatement.
7. Failed Payments
If your payment method fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), Stripe will automatically retry the charge 3 times over a 7-day period. During this period, your account remains on the paid plan. If all retry attempts fail:
- Your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan.
- Your profile data, job history, and AI-generated documents are retained for 30 days from the downgrade date, after which data associated with paid-tier-only features may be deleted.
- You will receive email notifications before and after each failed payment attempt so you can update your payment method.
To update your payment method, go to Settings > Billing > Update Payment Method or contact billing@usefursa.com.
8. Plan Changes
- Upgrades: If you upgrade from a lower-tier plan to a higher-tier plan mid-cycle, the upgrade takes effect immediately. You are charged the prorated difference for the remaining days in your current billing period, and your next billing cycle reflects the full new plan price.
- Downgrades: If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain access to the higher-tier features through the end of the current period.
9. Taxes
Prices displayed on usefursa.com exclude applicable taxes. Depending on your location, we may be required to collect and remit Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), or sales tax on your subscription. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Tax rates may vary based on your billing address and local regulations.
If you are a business entity that is VAT-registered, you may be able to provide your VAT number at checkout to apply the reverse charge mechanism where applicable. Contact billing@usefursa.com for assistance with business billing.
