Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: May 31, 2026

Cravid Labs LLC is the operator of Fursa (usefursa.com). Cravid Labs LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal place of business at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Fursa platform, including the website at usefursa.com, the Fursa API, and the Fursa Chrome Extension (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Cravid Labs. This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms of Service.

1. Overview

Fursa is designed to help individual job seekers automate and improve the process of finding and applying for jobs that match their genuine skills and experience. The platform uses artificial intelligence to parse resumes, generate tailored application materials, and submit applications on your behalf. This policy describes what you may and may not do when using the Service. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use the Service solely for the following purposes:

  • Automating your own genuine job application process — submitting applications for roles you are personally interested in and believe you are qualified for based on your actual experience and qualifications.
  • Uploading and managing your own resume and career documents (PDF or DOCX format) to build your personal Fursa profile.
  • Generating AI-tailored resumes and cover letters derived from your own verified work history, education, skills, and achievements.
  • Using the Chrome Extension to save job postings you find while browsing and to auto-fill application forms with your own profile data.
  • Using the platform’s analytics, match scoring, and coaching features to improve your personal job search outcomes.
  • Exporting your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. We reserve the right to determine in our sole discretion whether conduct constitutes a violation of this AUP.

3.1 Misrepresentation and Fraud

  • Creating a fake profile, fake work history, fake educational credentials, or any other misrepresentation of your qualifications or identity on the platform.
  • Using AI-generated resume content that includes fabricated employment history, false credentials, invented publications, or any other material that does not accurately reflect your actual experience.
  • Representing yourself as someone else or creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or account bans.
  • Using the Service on behalf of another person without (a) the individual’s explicit written authorization AND (b) prior written approval from Cravid Labs LLC. Both are required. Agent-based, recruiter, or staffing-firm use of the Service is not permitted by default; contact legal@usefursa.com to request approval before any such use. This rule applies equally to Terms of Service §4.

3.2 Spam and Abusive Application Behavior

  • Using the platform to submit bulk applications to jobs you have no genuine interest in or are clearly unqualified for — commonly known as “spray and pray” or application spam. This degrades the experience of employers and violates job board terms of service.
  • Using the auto-apply feature to circumvent employer-imposed limits on applications per user, per position, or per time period.
  • Submitting duplicate applications to the same position through multiple channels without a legitimate reason.

3.3 Unauthorized Data Collection and Scraping

  • Using the Chrome Extension, the API, or any automated tool to scrape job board data for commercial purposes, to build competing databases, or for any purpose other than saving jobs for your own personal application workflow.
  • Using the Service to systematically collect, harvest, or extract data from job boards in a manner that violates those job boards’ Terms of Service and that could expose Cravid Labs to legal liability.
  • Automated scraping of the Fursa platform itself, including job listings, AI outputs, or user interface elements, beyond what is necessary for your own personal use.

3.4 Unauthorized Access

  • Accessing, viewing, modifying, or exfiltrating other users’ profiles, resumes, application data, or account information.
  • Attempting to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limiting, or access control mechanisms on our platform or its API.
  • Probing or scanning our systems for vulnerabilities without prior written authorization. (If you discover a vulnerability, please report it responsibly per our Security & Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.)

3.5 Reverse Engineering and Intellectual Property

  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the AI prompts, model weights, system instructions, or proprietary logic used by the Fursa platform.
  • Using the API, the Service, or any AI outputs to train, fine-tune, distill, or otherwise improve a competing AI model or product.
  • Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from platform content, AI-generated outputs (beyond your own generated resume content), or platform code, except as expressly permitted by our Terms of Service.

3.6 Malicious Activity

  • Uploading, transmitting, or processing malicious files, scripts, executables, or content designed to attack, disrupt, or compromise our systems, infrastructure, or other users.
  • Conducting denial-of-service attacks, credential stuffing, brute force attacks, or any other form of automated attack against our platform or third-party services we integrate with.
  • Introducing malware, ransomware, spyware, or any harmful code into the Service.

3.7 Account Misuse

  • Selling, transferring, sublicensing, or otherwise conveying your account or account credentials to another person or entity.
  • Creating accounts using false identity information, disposable email addresses used to circumvent bans, or automated account creation tools.

3.8 Legal Violations

  • Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Using the platform to discriminate against job candidates or any person on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, pregnancy, military status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable employment discrimination law. Fursa is a tool for job seekers, not employers, but we prohibit any use that facilitates discrimination.
  • Using the platform to violate privacy laws, including unauthorized processing of third-party personal data or using data obtained from the platform for surveillance or tracking purposes.

4. Resume Accuracy — Your Responsibility

Fursa’s AI generates resume content based on information you provide. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated resume content before it is submitted to any employer. By submitting an application (whether manually or via auto-apply), you represent that the application materials accurately reflect your qualifications, experience, and identity.

Submitting materially false information on a job application may constitute fraud, misrepresentation, or a violation of applicable employment law, and may expose you to civil or criminal liability. Fursa is a software tool — we are not your agent, and we do not verify the accuracy of the information you provide. The responsibility for truthful applications rests entirely with you.

5. AI Use Restrictions

When using AI-powered features, you must not attempt to:

  • Manipulate the AI system (through prompt injection, adversarial inputs, or other techniques) to produce fabricated employment history, false credentials, or any content that misrepresents your qualifications.
  • Use the AI to generate content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful.
  • Extract, reproduce, or publish the system prompts, model instructions, or internal configuration of the AI systems used by Fursa.
  • Cause the AI to generate content that violates Anthropic’s usage policies, which govern the underlying Claude AI model we use.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Upon determining that a violation has occurred, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Issue a warning and require you to correct the violating behavior.
  • Temporarily suspend your account and access to the Service.
  • Permanently terminate your account without refund, including forfeiture of any unused subscription period.
  • Refer serious violations — including fraud, unauthorized access, or malicious attacks — to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
  • Seek injunctive relief or other legal remedies where violations cause or threaten harm to Cravid Labs, other users, job boards, or employers.

We are not obligated to provide notice before taking action, particularly where immediate action is necessary to protect the security or integrity of the platform.

7. Reporting Violations

If you observe or suspect a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy — including misuse of the platform, unauthorized access to user data, or abuse of the auto-apply feature — please report it to us at legal@usefursa.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Reports may be submitted anonymously.

8. Changes to This Policy

We update this AUP as the platform evolves, as we add new features, and in response to new types of misuse we observe. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

Questions about this policy should be directed to legal@usefursa.com.
